The single fluid single nozzle automatic telescopic anti blocking spray gun is mainly used in the cooling system of the blast furnace top in ironworks, with automatic telescopic and anti blocking functions. Adopting a single fluid single nozzle design, suitable for medium or high pressure operation modes, without the need to consume nitrogen gas. Its working principle is to use a hydraulic system to drive the spray gun to expand and contract, combined with atomization technology to disperse the fluid into small particles, achieving cooling or dust removal effects. Specially designed for the top of blast furnaces in ironworks, it uses water spray cooling to prevent high-temperature molten material from splashing out or equipment from overheating, achieving rapid cooling and preventing damage to equipment caused by high temperatures.

1. Single fluid high-pressure atomization: the diameter of water atomized particles is 300-500 μ m, the spray angle is 90 ° 120 °, and the coverage is wide.
