SNCR denitrification system
Selective Non Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) is a technology that uses denitrification. SNCR technology does not use catalysts. It selectively selects a temperature range of 850~1100 ℃ in the furnace, sprays reducing agents containing amino groups (such as ammonia water, urea solution, etc.) into the furnace, and reduces NOx in the flue gas to N ₂ through the effective reducing component NH ₂, thereby achieving the goal of removing nitrogen oxides

The basic principle of SNCR denitrification process can be expressed by the following equation:

   NH₃ as a reducing agent:4NH3+4NO+O24N2+6H2O
   Urea as a reducing agent:NO+CO(NH2)2+1/2O22N2+CO2+H2O

The efficiency of SNCR denitrification technology is generally 30%~80%. Compared with SCR denitrification technology, the specific characteristics are as follows:

The system is relatively simple and does not require the use of catalysts;

The system has low one-time investment and low operating costs;

Has little impact on the operation of the boiler;

Small footprint;

Convenient operation and maintenance;

Shanghai Jiadi has rich experience in the design and operation of SNCR denitrification systems. All system units adopt standardized module design and manufacturing processes, which are safe and reliable, with low failure rates and high automation. They have the function of "one click start stop and unmanned", and have won high recognition from customers in the industry.
