The single-fluid dual-nozzle automatic retractable anti-blocking spray gun is primarily used in the cooling system of the blast furnace top in ironworks, featuring automatic retractability and anti-blocking capabilities. Designed with a single-fluid dual-nozzle configuration, it is suitable for medium or high-pressure operation modes without the need for nitrogen consumption. Its working principle involves the hydraulic system driving the spray gun to retract and extend, combined with atomization technology to disperse the fluid into fine particles, achieving cooling or dust removal effects. Specifically designed for the blast furnace top in ironworks, it prevents high-temperature molten material from splashing or equipment from overheating by spraying water to cool down, achieving rapid cooling and preventing damage to equipment caused by high temperatures.
1. Single-fluid high-pressure atomization: Water atomized particles have a diameter of 300-500μm, with a spray angle of 90° to 120°, providing a wide coverage range.
2. Anti-clogging design: Equipped with an automatic flip-lock cover function to prevent spray gun clogging.
3. Flow regulation: The flow range is 2-30 m3/h, which can meet different cooling needs.
4. Spray shape: wide-angle conical spray, ensuring uniform cooling.
