Designed with a single-fluid dual-nozzle configuration, it is suitable for medium or high-pressure operation modes without the need for nitrogen consumption. Its working principle involves the hydraulic system driving the spray gun to retract and extend, combined with atomization technology to disperse the fluid into fine particles, achieving cooling or dust removal effects. Specifically designed for the blast furnace top in ironworks, it prevents high-temperature molten material from splashing or equipment from overheating by spraying water to cool down, achieving rapid cooling and preventing damage to equipment caused by high temperatures.
